A senior team that ships AI to production.

The brand is new; the team is not. We have been mapping and automating business processes for clients since 2009 — for most of that time inside a larger agency, alongside marketing work. We have now split the automation practice into its own company, because too many AI projects die as demos and this is the part we care about.

Our approach

Engineering discipline, applied to AI.

We treat automation like infrastructure: scoped, monitored, documented, and owned by you. No hype, no black boxes. Across hundreds of client engagements since 2009 — process optimisation first, AI automation later — we settled on one rule: never propose an automation whose payoff is not already visible in the client's own numbers. That is why a pilot is never the deliverable here. If we cannot see the return, we say so and we do not take the project; if we can, the first phase goes live and the rest follows it. Across the EU, UK, US and Canada, in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish.

Senior engineers, analysts and architects. No juniors appear on a project after the sale — the people who scope the work are the people who build it.

We do not publish their names or profiles. Competition for senior AI engineers is brutal and our team is not a recruiting funnel for someone else. You meet everyone who touches your project; you just meet them on a call, not on this page.
